Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, and we have not started any work on your project, then a full refund will be issued less the PayPal fees.
Please note that if we have started any research, designing or copywriting on your project and it has yet to be published, then a fee will be taken out for our work.
Once your work has been published then no refunds will be issued.
