Content and Posting
Cheap Easy Social will be responsible for creating, curating, and scheduling social media content on the client’s behalf. However, the client maintains ownership and control over their social media channels and accounts. We will work collaboratively with the client to ensure all content aligns with their brand guidelines and messaging.
Reporting and Analytics
As part of our services, Cheap Easy Social will provide regular performance reports detailing the results of our social media campaigns. This may include metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions. Clients will have access to view these reports through our online dashboard.
Advertising and Promotion
For clients utilizing our social media advertising services, Cheap Easy Social will manage the ad campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization. All advertising spend must be pre-approved by the client. We will provide transparent reporting on ad performance and return on investment.
Influencer Partnerships
If our services include influencer marketing, Cheap Easy Social will vet and negotiate agreements with relevant influencers on the client’s behalf. We will ensure all influencer content and disclosures comply with relevant regulations. Clients will have final approval over all influencer collaborations.
Client Communication
Clients will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will be the primary point of contact. Regular status meetings and check-ins will be scheduled to discuss campaign progress, upcoming plans, and any necessary adjustments.

As a client of Cheap Easy Social, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your business, products/services, and marketing goals
Review and provide feedback on content and campaigns in a timely manner
Maintain active social media accounts and engage with your audience
Respect the intellectual property rights of Cheap Easy Social and our partners
Make timely payments for services rendered
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Cheap Easy Social as part of our services are the exclusive property of Cheap Easy Social, unless otherwise specified. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes of their own marketing and promotion.
Confidentiality
Cheap Easy Social takes the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ information seriously. We will not share, sell, or disclose any of your confidential business information or data without your prior consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Cheap Easy Social will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or campaign in question.
Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their service contract with Cheap Easy Social at any time, with 14 day’s written notice. Refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis for any prepaid services not yet rendered.
